The combination of the TSA security ruse and the airlines taking advantage of the situation is paramount to a monopoly if not worse. In fact, the airlines collectively should sue the DHS and TSA for increasing costs and burdening the passengers and the airline industry as a whole. The way I see it, it's the fault of an overbearing government that is rife with crooks who are hell bent on destroying every bastion of what ONCE WAS a prosperous nation. I vote that we celebrate our 50 years of statehood in Alaska by seceding from these now Unilateral States of America. At least as a territory we could do as we see fit and still get military protection without having to pay homage to the King!
