Avid folower of Alaska travelgram, twitter follower, enjoyed the Pike place market tour, nice hotel, Growing up in seattle I would often skip school and go to the market. a bus pass was about a buck for a day pass, you could buy deep fried chicken gizzards for 65 cents for a quarter pound. ride the ferry to Bremerton and back for under 5 bucks. Today when I go to the market I look for Johnson Berry farm as I love the rassberry jam, what great memories.
great video!
Kudos on the coverage of Seattle’s Center for Wooden Boats. It’s a gem, right in the middle of the city. Not only does the CWB have boats a visitor can take out on Lake Union, they’ve got great classes and free sail days. http://www.cwb.org is a happening place. Thanks Scott!
