We were disappointed with this toursaver coupon book. There seems to be tons of coupons for those coming off a cruise and we found even better deals by booking glacier/fjord tours through the campgrounds that we stayed at. We would like to see more coupons for camping or the RVers. I didn’t find any uses for it after my purchase and sold mine on the boardwalk in Denali, discounting the price and taking a loss. Alsaka deals seem to be endlessly geared for the residents of the state. The tourists spend a lot of money in Alaska. Why not give them perks too?
I agree with Dee and the above statement. I spent a lot of money going to and seeing Alaska. I am a tourist who chose to take the trip and spend my money there. The toursaver book, although all 2 for 1′s wasn’t appealing to us at all. There were much better savings elsewhere, booking through lodging and campgrounds. If Alaska’s tourism is down as they claim, lower prices and make things affordable. Tourists will probably stay longer and spend more money.
