View from the cockpit: Horizon Air’s Q400 in Anchorage

We had the chance to visit with Horizon Air First Officer Nate Facklam in the cockpit of the Bombardier Q400.

Alaska Airlines is doing a mini-roadshow with the plane, which will start service this winter between Anchorage, Fairbanks and Kodiak. Horizon Air is a subsidiary of Alaska Air Group. Horizon will establish a pilot base and a flight attendant base in Anchorage. But travelers still will check in with Alaska Airlines.
