The fine print: Renters must meet Avis’ standard rental requirements – at least 21 years of age, present a valid drivers license and a valid major credit card in their name (no debit cards). Rates are valid from April 1, 2014 through May 31, 2014 and will not be extended after May 31, 2014, no further discounts apply. Must be rented/returned to Anchorage.
