There’s been a great disruption in the force here at Chez McMurren. Our home is sort of a messy mash-up between humans and dogs. Our canine companions act as a wonderful spiritual glue that holds us all together.
Honestly, I’m not sure how it happened, but all of a sudden, we had three dogs. We loved them. And they loved us. Only now, we have two. Last week, Penny got sick and died. She was almost 15 years old. Now there’s a big hole in my heart.
So, I put together a few photos to share with you. If you met Penny (many of you did), then you’ll remember what a wonderful dog she was. If you didn’t meet her, I think you’ll be able to see from the photos that she was a happy dog. We loved her so. And we miss her something fierce.
