Love a little paradise: fly from Anchorage to the Cook Islands in the South Pacific

We had a great event, where we gave one lucky winner two tickets to the Cook Islands. But why should they have all the fun. Isn’t it time for you to Love a Little Paradise? I think so!

image003Get your passport, then get to work planning your trip. First, fly to Los Angeles to catch the once-a-week nonstop from LAX to Rarotonga. Air New Zealand does a great job. Diane Munson will go over the details with you. She’s at ABC Travel Time in Wasilla and she’s our resident Cook Islands expert! Call her at (907)376-5231.

Choose your accommodations. I stayed at Pacific Resort Rarotonga . It’s a great place, but it’s one of many.

Plan your activities. Hike. Fish. Rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.  Make plans to fly over to Aitutaki for a couple of days. Be sure and go on a Lagoon Cruise on Te Vaka Cruises including a BBQ Lunch (WATCH THE VIDEO).
