Okay, true confessions: I’ve been up late and I now am up early planning our trip to Spain. The first leg of our journey is on my favorite time machine: Condor. In case you don’t know, Condor flies nonstop from Anchorage three times a week to Frankfurt–and once each week to Fairbanks. Suh-weet.

So, if you have not been to Europe, Frankfurt is a great hub airport. Last time we flew, we continued to Rome. This time–it’s to Barcelona. We’ve been boning up on activities, adventures and some extra gear. I just got a new camera bag–and I’m trying to figure out how to cram everything into one small carry-on bag.
