Plan now to celebrate the Summer Solstice (June 19-21) with Svia and friends at the fabulous Prince William Lodge. Ya–it makes me think of that song by the Moody Blues “Thinking is the Best Way to Travel”. All the old hippies are practicing  Yoga–and you can, too! Below–this is me striking a pose…N-O-T.

Now I travel with my own (sweaty) yoga mat so I can limber up on the road. (more…)
